The quality is just incredible. Genuine handmade goods crafted from authentic leather at fair prices. It's hard to come across such high-quality items no matter the cost, so I'm really blown away. I've purchased a dog collar and a card holder up to now, and I’ll definitely return for additional items! My customized piece arrived in just a few days, which I find to be remarkable.

I had a great experience working with Ryan to get a new harness, collar, and lead in an EOL shade. Initially, I picked the wrong color for the whole set, but after sending a picture, Ryan helped me navigate the returns and order the right color. His communication was top-notch, even during the Platinum Jubilee Bank Holidays. The quality of the items is fantastic, and I’d definitely reach out to Ryan if I ever need to replace anything in the future. I've been to Ryan's place a whole bunch of times for leather items, and I gotta say, his stuff is top-notch and worth every penny. I used to hit up Bond Street for those fancy leather brands, but honestly, they don't hold a candle to what Ryan offers! Made the switch to his brand, and it was definitely the right call! Highly recommend!

The first collar I got snapped after just a few weeks, probably due to emails getting jammed (thanks, AOL). Ryan was cool about it and agreed to send a replacement without any fuss.

After searching high and low (and not keen on shelling out £180 for an Apple MacBook sleeve) - I came across this business based in Greenwich. I found the company's backstory quite appealing - how it all began, you know? I had also picked up a few other mid-range sleeves from different places - but had to send them back since the quality was lacking. I chose the blue leather with orange lining and I gotta say, the quality of this sleeve is outstanding. The leather feels really nice and soft. The stitching is spot on and the fit is excellent. I had it personalized and the embossing was done flawlessly. I placed my order on Wednesday and it showed up by Friday - plus, the team went above and beyond to make sure I had it before New Year’s Eve. Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about regarding the quality or the service, and I’ll definitely be coming back to this company.

A few family members and I picked up the glasses case from Ryan London, and I just got another one for my wife. They’re made of nice leather, look fantastic, and are a much sleeker option compared to the typical hard cases you get from the optician. It showed up fast, too.

I’m really not satisfied with the service and the communication was lacking! The leather quality is subpar and it feels way too expensive for what you get.

I got myself an iPhone 12 case from Ryan, and let me tell ya, the service was spot on, plus the case blew me away.

It's made of full leather, no plastic bits, and it has just the right amount of lip for the camera and screen (even with a protector). Since it's all leather, the buttons work like a charm—super responsive!

For a few years now, I've been purchasing Ryan's phone cases, specifically the straightforward leather slip-case type. I'm on my third one, but that's just 'cause I've upgraded my phone to a bigger model each time—the first case held up through at least three different iPhones.
